OTBI – Reporting on L2/L3 Org Hierarchy in ORC (Blank Hierarchy Fields)

Summary:

We’re currently trying to build an OTBI report in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) that includes organisational hierarchy information beyond the flat attributes.

At the moment, we can successfully report on the flat org attributes such as:

• Department
• Business Unit
• Legal Employer

However, when attempting to report on hierarchical levels (e.g. Level 2 / Level 3 in the org hierarchy), the fields are appearing blank in OTBI.

What we’ve tried so far:

• Run the Flatten Organization Hierarchy process
• Executed other related scheduled processes
• Confirmed the hierarchy is correctly defined in the system

Despite this, the hierarchy-level attributes are still not populating in OTBI.
