What has been your experience with Smart Search compared to the Classic Search?

We have been testing this in dev, and we are worried that it will not serve our candidates as well as Classic Search. There is no clear guidance on how events can be viewed on the careers site, and we rely heavily on events being visible and searchable. Also, we do not like that smart search does not enable searching roles by your location, being able to change the distance from the selected city and being able to search by zip code.
