Rule Calc Issue for New Block Creation

Summary:

Have created a new Data Source member to capture cash flow calculated data. Using the below Rule for new block creation. The Rule works if the Target and Source data source is FCCS_Managed Data - so the Account and Movement members are correctly identified. However after inserting the CREATEBLOCKONEQ on and off, and inserting the new Target Data Source (Cash_Flow_Calcs), the error message is:

Cannot calculate. Essbase Error (0): Invalid member name [Cash_Flow_Calcs - > Mvmts_Depreciation_PPE]
