Following the Fusion Identity update to the OCI IAM Domain, new Domain Policies were enabled

Following the Fusion Identity update to the OCI IAM Domain, we noticed that new Domain Policies were automatically enabled. We have not been able to locate any documentation describing the purpose of these policies. Could you clarify their function and provide any relevant documentation?

Following the Fusion Identity update to the OCI IAM Domain, local user accounts are now being prompted to register or use a passkey during authentication. We suspect this behavior is related to one or more of the new Domain Policies that were automatically created and enabled as part of the identity update process.
