Copy of Contribution Journals Input from main Entity Hierarchy to alternative hierarchy

We need to copy Contribution Journals from main entity hierarchy:

GRP
	A
	B
	C

To alternative hierarchy

SEG
	SEG1
		A
	SEG2
		B
		C

How can we automatically copy a Contribution Journal made on GRP hierarchy to the SEG?

We need also not a pure copy from a hierarchy to another, but discriminate the Entity/ICP case.

For example, if Entity and ICP are A vs B, the journal copy should be SEG.SEG1 vs SEG2.B, otherwise the system will eliminate the adjustment during the elimination process of SEG1

Otherwise if the Entity and ICP are B vs C, the journal copy should be on SEG1.A vs SEG2.C
