Performance Issue: Scheduled HCM Extracts are very slow (taking 2 to 8 hours instead of 15 minutes) since June 18th.

We are having a performance issue with our scheduled ECL HR Extract.

Before June 18, 2026, these extracts usually finished in about 15 minutes. However, starting on June 18th (after 14:00), they became very slow. The extracts now take between 1.5 hours and 3 hours, and sometimes up to 7 or 8 hours to complete.

To try to fix this, we allowed the in-progress extracts to get completed and we stopped the pending extracts. Then we rescheduled the extracts, but the issue is still happening.
