Can we exclude non-recoverable tax from project costs for Capital Projects

Hi Community, I have a question regarding how to exclude non-recoverable tax from project costs for PPM Capital Projects

Capital project and non-recoverable AP invoice are created, given that both AP invoiced amount and tax amount will be imported to PPM, can the tax amount be excluded for capitalization through configuration / automatically rather than manually update the cost as "Set to Noncapitalizable" under Project Cost?
