How to make Serial Number required while creating ASN from Supplier Portal

Summary:

We are using the Redwood page for the Supplier Portal. While creating an ASN from the Supplier Portal, we need to capture the serial number details for the quantity being shipped on the ASN if the Item is serial controlled. The system should not allow users to submit the ASN unless the required serial number details have been captured.

Please confirm whether this requirement can be achieved. If it can be handled through personalization in VB Studio, please suggest the required steps.
