How do we create a payment expression to be able to pull Plan component information in.

Summary:

I would like to pull in plan component information(not associated to payment plans) into the payment expression. Currently creating an expression defaults it to type "Calculation". Moreover, once we do that, How do I add plan component information into the expression considering the fact that "Configure Tables and Columns" area for the plan component table doesnt even have an "Enable for Payment" section. I have already checked the Expression type lookup and I do see "PAYMENTS" active and enabled.
