Default Minimum Maximum salary based on location differential while creating requisition

Summary:

We are using job based requisition creation and at job level, valid grades are added. We are using location differential for the salary range difference. However, while creating the requisition, the minimum and maximum salary range is getting displayed incorrectly. System is fetching the salary range based on the first valid grade associated with the Job and the first salary rate differential. Is there any way to fetch correct salary ranges?
