How to Receive Receipt Notifications Through In-App Notifications

We have enabled receipt notifications in Oracle Fusion and users are successfully receiving the notifications through email. However, the same notifications are not appearing in the In-App Notifications (Bell Icon/Worklist).

We would like to understand how receipt notifications can be received through In-App Notifications in addition to email.
