safety stock vs final safety stock

Summary:

We are unable to bulk load our user-defined safety stock quantities to the safety stock measure. So instead of using the adjusted safety stock, we created a new custom measure (PM Adjusted Safety Stock) and uploaded the safety stock values. We have modified the final safety safety stock expression as follows

nvl(nvl(Adjusted Safety Stock, PM Adjusted Safety Stock), Safety Stock)

However, we have noticed that the supply plan is considering the values from the Safety Stock measure while generating planned orders, instead of using the Final Safety Stock values that contains our loaded values and are displayed correctly.
