In particular, I would like to understand the interaction between a promoted Approval Group 1 within an Approval Unit and the automatic Clear Data process triggered by an FCCS Data Integration using Export Mode Replace.

We are currently facing a challenge in FCCS regarding data loads via Data Integration.

Below is a simplified description of the scenario:
Data needs to be loaded into FCCS via Data Integration. The source is a CSV file, and the mapping administration itself is not an issue. The CSV file contains both Sales accounts and OPEX accounts. Until the second working day during the month end process, these data loads can be executed multiple times as needed. The Data Integration export mode is set to REPLACE to get rid of data fragments. All data is loaded to the Data Source ‘DS_PHASE1’.
