Change Ship-to Location of a PO matched AP invoice if One Time Address used on Requisition

Summary:

Hi Oracle Team,

We require the ability to change the "Ship-to Location" on a PO matched AP invoice, if it was entered as a One Time Address when the requisition was originally raised.

This is because tax calculation happens in AP based on Ship/Deliver To Address on PO line. Not having the option to update the One Time Address means all processing teams must re-process and reapprove the requisition which is a lengthy process and a repeat of work.

Currently, we only have the ability to update the Ship-to Location if the Location selected on the requisition was one that was predefined in Manage Locations.
