Requested Delivery Date in the past on Self-Service Requisitions when based on a BPA

When end users create the requistions, using the Purchasing Requisitions (new) application, they can't populate the Requested Delivery Date in the past. These transactions are based on BPAs created in the past, and related to deliveries that happened in the past.

My client is using Agreements to define a long-term relationship with a supplier related to services they receive from them during the year. Since this is a long-term and they are based in Argentina, they have different prices for the same service in different periods. For example, they created an agreement in January 2026 thru June 2026, where the prices are different depending on the month, let's suppose: in Jan, the price is $100, from Feb to May, the price is $150, and in June the price is $200.
