While trying to create KPI for redwood landing pages

I was trying to create KPI's for landing pages, the following steps are being followed:

1- create visualization as Metric Card, table and graph using OTBI

2- editing the page layout and drag & drop KPI in the page.

while the page visualization like table and graphs are working fine but Metric card are not able to pull data.

Please let me know is it a data or privilage issue
