The inspection results cannot be entered for the receipt *** and item *** because an inspection plan was not found. (RCV-2445425)
Cause No inspection plan in Oracle Fusion Quality Inspection Management is defined.
Action You must remove the inspect line before submitting the other inspection results. Then, you must define an inspection plan in Oracle Fusion Quality Inspection Management to perform the quality inspection in Receiving.

We have inspection plan created with Active status for Item and Org - selected criteria given. But still when we try to inspect a receipt we are getting below error.
