Hi,

We would like to clarify how the FTE field can be managed in Oracle HCM when not using the standard configuration.
We are planning to configure and handle it manually and would like to understand the following:

  • Is it possible to default the FTE value to 1 (e.g., via Visual Builder customization or Position setup), and have it automatically populated during Assignment creation?
  • If so, can this default value be manually overridden by users?
