Change data load from periodic data to balances

Summary:

Our application is setup with data loads for Periodic data to be loaded into FCCS application. We are implementing cashflows now and would like to change from loading periodic data to balances into FCCS.
I understand the data will be loaded to closing balance movement member instead of movement changes, but I would like to understand what all setups in FCCS will need to be reviewed and updated with this change. Please help me understand how big is this change?
