Approval history in transaction console is out of sync

Hi Oracle Experts

We’ve observed that the approval history view for transactions appears to be out of sequence following the recent maintenance update.

Transaction console is in Redwood and this was working as expected until yesterday, has anyone come across this issue? The approval routing itself is functioning correctly; however, the display of the approval history does not reflect the expected order.
