Attachments in Archived Transactions Not Downloading

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

We are unable to download attachments from archived transactions.

On transactions that have an attachment, we see that there is a hyperlink for the attachment, but when we click the link nothing happens.

We tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox and had the same results in all browsers.

We tried incognito mode and also had the same result.
