"Invalid account on line, budget account cannot be created."

This error is preventing the journal from being posted successfully.

We have observed that the issue is not consistent across all Control Budgets. The same accounting process can be completed successfully for one Control Budget, while other Control Budgets fail with the error above.

Could you please assist us in identifying the root cause of this issue?

Additionally, we would appreciate if you could provide a Plan of Action (POA) that includes:

1. The root cause of the error.
2. The reason why the Budget Account cannot be derived or created.
3. The specific configuration that should be reviewed (Control Budget, Budget Account mapping, Tree hierarchy, Segment Values, Budgetary Control setup, or any other related configuration).
