Redwood Specialization Management

Summary:

In Redwood, Specializations have been rebranded as Learning Paths. The core Specialization experience is preserved while the administration and learner experiences are modernized. The tables below summarize the new attributes, existing attributes that are presented differently, learner visibility, and additional Redwood management improvements.

This update is designed to make Learning Paths easier for administrators to create, maintain, translate, and govern, while also giving learners clearer information about the learning item before and after enrollment. Administrators will notice a more organized Redwood layout, including dedicated areas for access, assignments, ratings, comments, conversations, lifecycle actions, and translation management. Learners will see richer details in the places where they make decisions or review progress, such as Catalog Details, Enrollment Details, and the completed learning experience.
