How to use OCI Audit REST API

Hi experts, I am hoping to pick your brains on this.

We are going to have a OCI IAM migration of our PRD and DEV5 instances this Friday (26th June 2026), we arleady have TEST, DEV4, DEV3 and DEV1 running on new stack. At my organisation, we have got a custom APEX application and an overnight PL/SQL job which uses apex_web_service to retrieve login data via https://instancename/oam/services/rest/access/api/v1/audit endpoint. Following the upgrade, this API is not longer valid. So, has anybody managed to repoint to the alternative API, the docs mention using the OCI Audit API but I am not entirely sure how to get this setup. Am I supposed to create
