External Candidate>Job Offer>Assignment record type ‘O’ (Offer)>Primary Work Relation flag set to Y

Hello All,

It is observed for some external candidates, for the Assignment record of type ‘O’ (Offer), the column Primary Work Relation flag is set to ‘Y’ while for other candidates, it is set to ‘N’

It refers to the table PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M (ASSIGNMENT_TYPE = ‘O’), column = PRIMARY_WORK_RELATION_FLAG

Any idea why this column PRIMARY_WORK_RELATION_FLAG is set to Y ?

Note : There is not such field in the Create Job Offer action
