Clarification on KPI visibility and Team Activity Center tabs via Visual Builder

Summary:

Hi,

we would like to clarify the standard behavior and possible customization options related to KPI visibility and the Team Activity Center layout in Oracle HCM.

From our analysis:

  • In the Team Activity Center, we can currently see only the standard tabs: Compensation, Talent, and Employment, and these appear to be fixed (no additional tabs available out of the box).
  • However, in other areas such as the My Client Groups / My Experience pages, several cards/KPIs are visible (e.g. number of directs, core skills, etc.).

Our questions are:

  1. Are the KPIs (such as number of directs, core skills, etc.) configurable or manageable through
