Process Guide Step 4 Guidance Box Appears Before Page Load

We have configured a process guide with four steps, where Step 4 is the final step. However, we are observing that when the user clicks on or completes Step 3, the guide box for Step 4 appears before the Step 4 page/screen is displayed.

Could you please confirm whether this is the expected behavior? If not, is there a way to configure the process guide so that the Step 4 guide box is displayed only after the Step 4 page has fully loaded and is visible to the user?
