VBS Access Issue - You are not a member of this organization

Summary:

I have cloned my user account from an existing user (who does have VBS Access), The new account has all the following roles:

-Application Administrator
-Application Developer
-Application Implementation Consultant

I have also run these processes: 

• Import User and Role Application Security Data
• Run the following two synchronization jobs. These jobs sync both users and roles.
  • Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes from the Securing Applications guide.
  • Send Pending LDAP Requests. See Why You Run the Send Pending LDAP Requests Process topic in Securing Sales and Fusion Service.
  • IDCS Sync

Still I am getting this error:

You are not a member of this organization
