Answers from prescreening questions do not copy over to new requisition

Summary:

With RUI, when a candidate applied to a requisition they completed the prescreening questions. If the recruiter manually added the candidate from the requisition they applied to to a new question and choose the ‘Create the job application on behalf of the candidate’ option, it would copy over their information along with their answers to the prescreening questions. The recruiter would then have the option to edit the answers to the prescreening questions in the new requisition if an update is required.

With the introduction of Redwood for ORC, completing the above process does not copy over the responses to the prescreening questions from the original requisition to the new requisition. Is this expected behaviour with Redwood and is there a way to change the behaviour?
