Work Requirements section empty in New Job Requisition – Cannot proceed to next step

Hi team
I'm currently setting up Oracle Recruiting Cloud (26B) and I'm facing an issue when creating a new Job Requisition.

When reaching the Work Requirements step, the section appears completely empty — no fields are displayed. Clicking Continue reloads the page and stays on the same step without proceeding. It is also not possible to navigate to the next step by clicking directly on the panel on the right side.

Environment details:
Oracle Recruiting Cloud 26B

  • Blank requisition (no template)
  • Organization trees and geographies configured
  • Relevant profile options activated
  • Data roles configured (Recruiter and Recruiting Administrator with View All)
