Hello, we have been using the Taleo ATS tool for some time now, however, we have never had our hiring managers within the tool. We are finally preparing to bring them in for requisition creation & candidate review at a particular step/status in Q3..
Can anyone who has brought hiring managers in AFTER already being on ATS for the recruitment team share their experience? What we are trying to work through is how best to manage the transition to new requisition file/fields. Any best practices on making sure the recruiters do not pull their hair out trying to remember which reqs were pre- versus post-launch?
