We have enabled below profile option for enable Redwood for Question and Questionnaires Setup pages

ORA_HRQ_QUESTION_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED
ORA_HRQ_TEMPLATE_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED
ORA_HRQ_QUESTIONNAIRE_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED
ORA_HRQ_SUBSCRIBER_ACCESS_REDWOOD_ENABLED

However, when we try to access the tasks from Set up and maintenance this is still navigating Responsive UI
