Lot LOV is showing all lots irrespective of the source subinventory in subinventory transfer

Summary:

While peforming subinventory transaction in all the lots are appearing in the LOV it should show only those lots which are available in the selected source subinventory. Currently the LOV is showing all the Lots irrespective of source sub inventory.

Can anyone help on how to fix this? Or it is a expected behaviour.
