Issue with Career Site Notification Links

Hi Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the notifications that redirect candidates to the Career Site (for example, the Offer Acceptance notification).

When the candidate clicks the link in the email, they are unable to access the Career Site and instead see a page displaying the following loading error:

I have not made any changes to the notification templates. However, since the issue started occurring, I have deployed some JavaScript customizations to the Career Site home page.

Could this issue be related to those JavaScript changes? If so, could you please advise how I can identify the root cause and resolve the problem?
