Is an Organization DFF visible in OTBI

Summary:

I'm trying to build an OTBI Report that will show our Organizations and a DFF that is tied to Organizations. This DFF shows under the Department folder in the Worker Assignment Real Time, but it does not show under the Organization Folder. It is visible in the Redwood UI, but very odd it is not showing under the Organization Folder. Am I in the wrong Subject Area, or can this DFF not be reportable from OTBI?

I have already ran the ESS process to update fields, which is when it started showing under the Department folder. However, it still does not show under the Organization folder.
