IAM Upgrade - After the IAM upgrade, we no longer receive a Logout Consent Prompt from Fusion

We used to receive a logout confirmation screen from Oracle Fusion when we logged out of our Session. Now it doesn't, it just logs us out directly. How can we get this back?
