Payables invoices Import from Spreadsheet does not Derive GL Date based on Legal entity timezone

Summary:

We have enabled the Legal entity timezone and informed a timezone for the legal entity address.

When manually entering invoices, Default GL Date is derived from system datebased on our setup) considering the legal entity timezone.working ok manual entry)

Issue is when creation invoices from spreadsheet, leaving GL date Blank for both interfaces tales and when running importing invoices. we expected to have the default GL date derived based on legal entity timezone. However, system seems to be considering system server date ignoring the legal entity, in our examples , it is always considering server timeit seems UTC, timeone.
