Restrict Organization Chart Visibility to Employee's Department

Hello everyone,

Our client has requested that the My Organization Chart in the Directory display only employees within the logged-in user's department. Users should not be able to view employees from other departments.

Is this requirement achievable through the Directory → My Organization Chart using standard Oracle Fusion HCM functionality (e.g., security configuration), or would it require customization?

Has anyone implemented a similar requirement? Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated. Thank you!
