After completing 1 assessment, one course will be assigned immediately but play only after 3 years

Summary:

In Fusion Learning Management there is a requirement, after completing 1 assessment with lifetime validity another course/ offering will be assigned to employee, but able to perform this after 3 years.

So here is the requirement employee will complete assigned assessment and once completed another course or offering will be assigned to employee immediately, but employee can start play after 3 years of 1st assessment completion, that he did. Only HR/ Learning administrator can see that employee has been assigned with course/ offering now.
