Document of Records Edit fails In Redwood 26B

Hi All,

We recently enabled Redwood DOR because classic pages had issues. Everything works fine now except for one glitch, when a user tries to edit a document immediately after uploading it, the page throws a "Not Found" error banner on the first attempt. If they click Cancel and try a second time, it works perfectly. Has anyone encountered this rendering situation?Thank you,
