How to Update Missing IFSC/Bank Branch Number for Existing Employees via HDL?

Hello all,

We need to bulk-update missing IFSC codes (Bank Branch details) for a set of existing employees whose bank details were previously loaded or created without this information.

What is the best practice for updating these records using HCM Data Loader (HDL)? Should we update the existing ExternalBankAccount.dat object directly, or do we need to end-date the old accounts and create new ones linked to the correct Personal Payment Methods (PPM)? Any sample template or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
