Inventory Management - Expected shipments - not allowed to create Receipt in Redwood UI

Hi,

Expected shipments - not allowed to create Receipt in Redwood UI, getting the below error message, we have already configured receiving parameters, other users are able to create receipt,

Can you please help if we are missing any privilege or role, we are using all custom roles, assigned the below privileges:

RCV_CREATE_RECEIPT_WITH_PWA_PRIV - Create receipts

RCV_RECEIVE_GOODS_USING_RESPONSIVE_RECEIVING_PWA_PRIV - My Receipts(New)

ORA_RCV_RECEIVING_SELF_SERVICE_PWA_USER_DUT

RCV_RECEIVE_RECEIVING_SHIPMENT_LINE_PRIV
