Unable to hide "Add Interview Resource" section when scheduling interview

Hello,

Our client asked us to hide the Add Interview Resource section when scheduling an interview.

I tried to set as Hidden the entire section in VB, but the section continues to appear with all the components. Then I tried to set as hidden all the components in the section; in this case all the components are hidden but the section continues to appear (as an empty section).

How can I definitely hide this section?
