Pricing promotions - unable to join qp_pricing_terms_b with other tables - provide sample queries

I am unable to figure out how in case of promotions qp_pricing_terms_b is connected to other tables other than qp_promotion_lines_b.

I have one promotion line and multiple benefits on it:

Obviously, most of this is stored in qp_pricing_terms_b table.

I have a query like this that returns everything I need, but due to missing join between qp_pricing_terms_b and inventory items it is multiplicated as well as not connecting pricing terms with correct items.

(I was expecting an additional table something like what you have in regular discounts in qp_discount_list_items).
