Candidate not appearing in Referred Candidates despite Source set to employee

Hi,

I’m trying to understand the expected behavior for employee referrals in Oracle Fusion Recruiting.

We have a candidate where the Source is set to an employee, but the candidate is not appearing in the employee’s “Referred Candidates” section.

From my checks:

• Source Medium is set to “Referral website”
• The requisition is currently in “Open – Expired” status
• A backend query on IRC_RF_REFERRALS does not return any records for this candidate
