Redwood Continuous Assignment profiles "Evaluate As" cannot be set to our default admin user

Summary:

The continuous learning assignment profile (initiatives) need to be run as a default user we have created so that there is no issue if a person leaves the company. it is set in our background configurations. The new Assignment profiles do not auto fill with this user.
In the past when we used an employee who then left the company it created a huge issue for us when the update was made to set evaluation for initiatives to strict. This caused our learning process to fail.

Can we update this to the default admin user? Should it still pick up the configurations we have set up?
