Calculation Component still Active even eligibility is end dated.

Summary:

End dated the eligibility of the component to restrict any one adding the element.

Tried to enter the calculation card for involuntary deductions and enter element name in the calculation component, the element is still showing but while submitting it errored saying the employee is not eligible for the element.

But we need the element not to be shown in the initial element search in create calculation component
