PA company: New hires entering system with Work PSD 880000

Good afternoon,

Over the past month or so, new hires are entering HCM with Work PSDs of 880000, but they are PA residents working for PA locations, so they should not be 880000. We cannot figure out why this is happening. An SR has been opened (4-0003109050), but we seemingly cannot trace the logic that is causing the 880000 code. It does not impact all new hires, and there does not appear to be any trend (location, address, remote status, etc.), but it is impacting 15-20% of each new hire group.

We are live with USOPTE. From what I know, I don't think this happened as soon as we went live with USOPTE.
