FYI Notifications Ignore AoR Exclusion Rules in Change Salary Approval Flow

We are using FYI notifications for the Change Salary approval flow based on an Area of Responsibility (AoR) with a specific Responsibility Type.

HR users' visibility is driven by the same AoRs. In addition, the associated Person Security Profile includes Exclusion Rules based on Job Family, so that workers belonging to specific Job Families are excluded from the users' visibility even if they fall within the AoR. This visibility is correctly enforced throughout the system.

However, the FYI notification for the Change Salary approval flow does not appear to respect these AoR Exclusion Rules. As a result, users receive FYI notifications for workers who are outside their visibility scope due to the configured Exclusion Rules.
