Track outbound Email Delivery Confirmation in Oracle Fusion

We have received a requirement from the client.They would like to know if there is a way to track outbound email notifications sent to suppliers, such as Negotiation Invitations and Award Notifications?Specifically, they want to verify whether the email was successfully delivered to the supplier or if it was rejected or bounced back. Please let us know if this functionality is available and the recommended approach to track the email delivery status.
